Is there a Mac program/widget/iphone app that can tell what what chord I'm playing on my ukelele?

In other words, is there ANYTHING out there that can listen to a chord I strum on my uke, and from just listening, tell me what chord it is (like an A chord, or D chord, or C Major, of B Minor, etc)? I've looked everywhere but I get no result (Guitar schools in Malaysia?? Seriously??? Not even close, Google). I used to have a widget long ago for my macbook, but when my macbook died, I lost the widget, and I dont remember the name of it. Even looking up "pitch finder" gives me zilch!). I've been playing ukulele by ear for about three years now and to this day I still don't know what the names of the chords I'm playing are, although I know them all by ear. I would just like to know what the chords are called. If the program's a free download or I have to go to some website to use it- all the better! Thanks!!
