I just bought a new shirt and it looks really faded?

I just bought a Bullet For My Valentine shirt the one that has Skeleton arms holding guns and a flag behind it but it already look faded like it has been worn before i looked at the picture on the internet and it had fades but mine has more. I bought it at spencer's should I take it back or just keep it
