What should I do on youtube to get lots of views?

I'm a 13 year old girl. I like clothes, makeup (but I fail at tutorials), cooking, playing the uke and crafts. But your ideas don't have to include any of this, except preferably not including voice because I have a pretty bad speech impediment.
