Would you be pissed of at this friend, or do you think there is any justification with anything they are sayin?

I am a bit underweight for my height by a few kgs, and my friend says to me that no one would hire me from the way I look, she also says i look like a skeleton when im only a bit underweight. she also says no one would imagine me to do any physical form of exericse, when i am a runner....she also says i will die before my mum
