What is the name of this yaoi manga?

I happened to see a small clip of the series where the uke is a young blond haired boy and the seme is wearing glasses. (I think the seme also has blond hair). The seme keeps screaming at the uke saying how he belongs to him and that he is in trouble because he talked to his friends without his permission or something like that. (The setting looks kinda vitctorian so im guessing its a slave master relationship). Thanks :)
