Lose weight fast for cheer?
I'm a varsity flyer for my schools cheer team, and I was told I'm getting a little too big to be a flyer. I'm 4'11 and weigh 98 pounds which i know seems like not a lot but I do have a little weight I could lose without looking like a skeleton. I have cheer two days a week so that's some exercise, and I usually go to the gym at least one day besides that. I eat very healthy for the most part with ice cream or cake here and there which I could try to eliminate completely. I just need a way to lose and keep off about five pounds as fast as possible and as effectivly as possible. So any tips or programs would be amazing! I've tried fad diets like the special k challenge and I only dropped about 3 pounds which I am struggling to keep off. help! thanks!
