How do you read this cladogram? (link)?

See the little red marks? Those indicate an evolutionary milestone that separates everything behind it from everything in front of it. So everything behind the "bony skeleton" milestone doesn't have a bony skeleton (the shark). I have no idea what pre-orbital fenestra is, but yeah, just do what I did with the bony skeleton thing. (Is that even on the cladogram?)
