Is this a good ukelele choice?

Have any of you bought this type of uke?http://www.amazon.co.uk/Light-Blue-Soprano-Beginner-Ukulele/dp/B003AIGP94/ref=sr_1_2?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1308939628&sr=1-2. Could u tell if it's a good choice,or if I should buy instead a like �30-40 one :) because I do want to have fun but also be serious earlier on.
