What do these words mean (Read description)?

I'm finding that when I RP on Facebook that I can't exactly understand what some people are saying. I often see the words "uke" "seme" "tsundere" and "yandere" as personalities. Can anyone help me out and tell me what they mean? It would be much appreciated.
