Crazy Vietnam veteran?

Well my neighbor Joe is a war veteran, its all he talks about he has no family. He is in a wheel chair and unfortunately has a firearm license. He shoots the gun whenever he feels like it, i was okay with all that until he added me on xbox live he takes call of duty to seriously, he called the cops when i team killed a guy he even ******* cried. he throws paint at my house and calls me a traitor in the street! what should i do?
