What did mark halperin say on morning joe?

I do watch morning joe in the morning if I'm in the mood. But for some reason I can't put my finger on how his charachter is normally. You can leave comments as to how you percieve how he acts regularly on the show if you'd like. Btw, may I state, I do not like the main male anchor on morning joe. I do like the woman and most of the commentators, so I do enjoy watching it. But I do understand that good shows can still have aggressive people on it, which can lead to being inappropriate. Not everyone can be perfect.
