Does anyone know the name of this show?

I used to watch this show (cartoon) when I was a kid in Canada. I think it was on YTV...but im not sure. It was about this blue skeleton type of guy who told scary stories, and I think he lived in a dark haunted mansion. One episode was about this little girl who was actually madoosa and turned this man who entered her temple into stone. It was one of the stories the skeleton guy was telling. I think he was the grim reaper....or maybe the grim creeper. If someone knows please tell me! I really want to know the name of that show!
