Good places to look up GI Joe stuff?

I guess stuff is pretty non-specific but I'm not sure how else to put it. I'm intending to write a fanfic based off GI Joe but first I need to do a little "research". Basically where can I go on the net to watch episodes or read the comic. Any official sites or forums would be good too. Pretty much anywhere I can dig up information on the franchise in general. Sites on Military regulations and stuff like that might be helpful too.
